Life is busy, and there are so many electronics that it can cause your mind to be busy and unable to concentrate on one thing. This is one of the biggest reasons you need to ensure that your intuition is making a true connection with you. Our intuition can guide us in a world where we often feel so disconnected.

Those who have had to deal with the pandemic were likely isolated for a period of time, and this could have caused loss of friendships or even a loved one dying. Many feelings and questions were asked during 2020, and the losses people faced often led to a disconnect between themselves and the world around them.

When the pandemic hit, people became depressed and lonely. They were isolated from others, and many were losing those that they loved in death. The grief caused people to feel unsafe and out of control. Many things were going on on television that claimed to have the right information and a fix to everything, but the truth was that it caused people to suffer even more because of what they felt.

Some had to let go of their loved ones and not see them, and others lost their loved ones to death and didn’t even get to see them before they died. There were lots of pressures that were going on during this time, and it left people feeling stressed and burnt out.

People during this time felt that they had no energy, and any energy that they had was often bad energy. They were scared, nervous, and tired.   • Notice your intuition showing up. Feel it in your body and your solar plexus chakra.
  • Imagine your intuition being a color and let it surround you.
  • Imagine your intuition as you inhale and exhale.
  • Notice how your intuition is making you feel.
  • See yourself as you really are.
  • Notice what your energy feels like.
  • Let the spiritual world become who you are.
  • Don’t judge yourself.
  • Know that you are there, and you can return there anytime.
  • Journal what you feel and what happened during all of this.
  • Write down how you feel about your intuition and let it guide you.
